As Associate Manager US Co-Brand Marketing, you will coordinate and/or assist in the development and implementation of IHG Rewards co-brand credit card marketing. Ensure effective implementation of initiatives and serve as contact with internal services, external agencies and partners for related projects. Optimize all available channels and communication vehicles and make tactical recommendations to meet objectives. Coordinate production of promotional marketing materials to support acquisition of the credit card and cardmember engagement. Your day to day Assist in the development and implementation of co-brand credit card marketing programs, ensuring effective/efficient use of all available channels, including but not limited to direct mail, e-mail, websites, app and other member communications. Work with partners, vendors, agencies and/or internal channel teams to develop specifications for each initiative, including but not limited to selection of target audience, creative approach, offer/ incentive and production details; present materials/recommendations to the Manager for approval; implement approved initiatives. Ensure each campaign/initiative has proper controls in place for accurate measurement and analysis; present results and recommendations for next iteration to Manager for approval. Support Manager with other marketing projects as necessary. What we need from you Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience. 2 to 5 years progressive work related experience in corporate marketing environment with demonstrated technical proficiency related to the position including experience with internal and external communications and creative development. Demonstrated experience in promotional, channel or frequency marketing. Demonstrated knowledge of marketing concepts and principles. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to partners, vendors and management. Good organizational and time management skills. Effective communications and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required. Team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on problem solving. Ability to work in an agile environment. Location

–Atlanta, GA;Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office.This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. The salary range for this role is $46,226.00 to $70,000.00 . This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable).We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees. No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until it is earned, vested, and determinable.
