Provide strategic analytical support to the Co-Brand function within Loyalty & Partnerships. Initiate and support projects to address strategic and tactical business questions for the Co-Brand card related to performance, program evolution, cost optimization, etc. Design performance tracking methods for card products; and translate insights into actions. Interpret, explain, and present technical findings to business stakeholders in practical non-technical language. Your day to day Conduct thorough database mining and analysis to answer business questions. Leverage multiple data sources to deliver thought provoking insights related to Co-Brand partnerships. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations based on program performance and benchmarking. Collaborate with the broader analytics team to leverage best practices and enhance the co-brand database. Create and deliver impactful presentations with points of view for Co-Brand team

What we need from you 1+ years’ experience of using data to drive evidence-based decision making or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Stakeholder Management – manage and deliver stakeholder requests Data Management – Extract and manipulate data in a timely and accurate manner. Project Management- scale projects to time and budget. Problem Solving – resolve technical challenges in a calm and measured approach. TABLEAU – Create, update, maintain and new dashboards SQL – Advanced level, GCP exposure preferred Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. The salary range for this role is $46,226 to $75,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
