Who We're Looking For

Were searching for a Social Media Content & Community Manager to elevate our digital presence across key platforms. You'll handle organic content creation, content strategy, audience engagement, and cross-team collaboration. We want someone data?literate, creative at heart, and deeply engaged in community building.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a cross-platform social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) Implement platform?specific funnel strategies (e.g., TikTok ? awareness; LinkedIn ? B2B nurture) Plan, draft, and publish social?first content: text, video, graphics, carousels Manage editorial calendars and scheduling tools (Planoly, Hootsuite, SocialPilot, HubSpot, etc.) Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. instructors, marketing department) to source and repurpose content Build and manage SMS campaigns using platforms like Zoho and/or MailChimp Monitor and respond to online reviews (Google, Facebook, Yelp), including negative review protocols Track engagement and performance analytics; iterate based on data insights Oversee paid social campaigns alongside leadership Optimize for social SEO and platform discoverability Maintain brand consistency while introducing fresh creative perspectives Work cross-functionally on promotions, training campaigns, and content initiatives

Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field Minimum 2 years in social media, content marketing, or digital strategy Strong copywriting and communication with a professional yet approachable voice Proficiency in short?form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, TikTok/Reels editor) Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Strategic understanding of organic vs. paid social Funnel intelligence across platforms and familiarity with content lifecycles Experience with review management, community moderation, and engagement Organized, proactive, and adept at juggling multiple projects Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools, content repurposing, and basic healthcare/workforce sector knowledge
