This is a high-impact opportunity for a mid-level attorney to work on complex, high-stakes litigation involving product liability, mass tort, toxic tort, and class actions. What You’ll Do : Take an active role in product liability, mass tort, and class action litigation. Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial prep. Work closely with partners and clients across a variety of industries. Participate in meaningful pro bono work as part of a mission-driven culture. Provide top-tier client service with responsiveness, clarity, and confidence. What We’re Looking For : 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience (JD class years 2019–2021), ideally with class actions, product liability, toxic tort, or mass tort matters. A strong academic background and excellent writing, research, and analytical skills. Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and case management skills. Active California Bar membership is required. Why This Role? Partnership track in a nationally recognized litigation group. Salary range: $260,000–$365,000, depending on experience.
