Join Odyssey Systems' dynamic Growth team as a

Capture Manager, C5ISR , where you'll play a pivotal role in driving the future of Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) and Communications, Cybersecurity, Nuclear, and Networking (CCN2) sectors. This full-time role involves leading efforts to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities, shaping strategic plans to exceed revenue goals. You will guide opportunities from lead generation to proposal submission, working closely with operational leadership in C2ISR and CCN2 and reporting to the Executive Director of Growth. The position offers flexibility to be based at one of our corporate offices near key C5ISR customers.

Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to:

Leading and executing all assigned C2ISR and CCN2 Capture efforts. Identifying and evaluating opportunities for the pipeline. Gathering, assessing, and validating customer requirements. Developing and implementing capture strategies, including requirement analysis, competitive analysis, and capability assessments. Supporting proposal development with necessary artifacts and participating in reviews. Conducting program reviews and analyzing post-award feedback for process improvements. Developing customer, partner, and competitor profiles. Contributing to meeting or exceeding sales and profitability goals. Collaborating with leadership on strategic planning and industry engagement. Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Requirements: - Clearance: Secret - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical discipline; Master’s preferred - Experience: 5-10 years in business development within C5ISR markets - Technical Skills: Experience managing technical services, knowledge of DoD C5ISR systems, proposal experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and capture tools - Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, adaptability, and professionalism

Additional Information Location options include Greater Boston, MA, Colorado Springs, CO, or National Capital Region. Travel requirement is approximately 25%. The role supports hybrid work arrangements.
