Key Responsibilities: Support the
Director of Nursing (DON)
in overseeing nursing operations and ensuring high standards of resident care. Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Help manage clinical programs, quality assurance initiatives, and regulatory compliance. Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff, promoting growth and teamwork.
