Director of Nursing (DON)
to lead our clinical team in providing exceptional care to our residents. We're seeking a confident, compassionate RN leader with strong post-acute experience and a passion for mentorship, quality care, and team culture. What We Offer:
Competitive salary:
$150,000-$180,000/year , based on experience Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays A supportive leadership team and a great work environment The opportunity to lead clinical operations in a highly respected Sonoma County facility Responsibilities: Provide clinical oversight and leadership for the nursing department Ensure high-quality, person-centered care and regulatory compliance Supervise and support nursing staff, promoting education and growth Develop and monitor individualized care plans Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and physicians Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives Serve as a key point of contact for residents and their families Requirements:
Current RN license in California Previous DON or ADON experience in a skilled nursing facility
required Strong knowledge of Title 22, OBRA, and CDPH regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to motivate and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment Passion for elder care and dedication to resident well-being
