The GTMO team is seeking an Operations Executive to manage and drive the Global QA process and strategy needed to support Global Fulfillment & Servicing including APAC, EMEA, LATAM, North America, and GBS. This new position would support a Global QA Transformation: Provide ongoing governance and oversight required to remediate risks (Financial, Operational, and Regulatory) Improve client experience, drive more cost efficient approach, and facilitate the execution of business strategy Job Specific Description: Responsible for maintaining the Global QA portfolio across GTMO inclusive of internal QA and QA driven projects Responsible for managing a global intake process collaborating with NA and Regional GTMO partners Oversees the process for building and/or executing business initiatives, while partnering with global stakeholders and change partners Responsible for maintaining global QA scripts and the management of a global governance policy to ensure adherence to internal change processes, and change governance Engages with key stakeholders, partners, and business leadership to deliver on business objectives, while providing updates andexecutive level presentationson strategic QA initiatives Manage working teams and ensure project deliverables are created throughout scope, assess, design, and delivery phases of work and ensure the work is of the highest quality Develop actionable business cases to deliver drive consistency between GTMO regions Required Skills: Extensive experience designing, managing, and implementing strategic change and major initiatives Solid acumen across the BAC enterprise, particularly as it pertains to change policies and standards Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Strong strategic business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes The role requires a candidate who is comfortable with dynamic change environment; building structure, developing networks, and project governance routines to deliver across the organization. There will be a high level of stakeholder exposure across Risk, Technology and Operations. Experience managing global processes including GBS Proven ability to effectively manage people and lead teams of growing scope and complexity Desired Skills: Knowledge of Treasury or Consumer banking products 5 plus years of program management experience Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)

Pay Transparency details US - IL - Chicago - 540 W Madison St - Bank Of America Plaza (IL4540) Pay and benefits information Pay range $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
