As a Solution Engineer, you will work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and demonstrate how Dynamics 365 (Sales & Service), Power Platform, and AI Agents / Copilot can support their transformation. You will ensure solutions meet customer requirements and expectations, inspiring confidence throughout the sales cycle.

This role involves designing solutions and delivering industry-aligned demonstrations, highlighting AI benefits. You will engage with partners for co-selling and implementation, focusing on technical proof, business value, and securing solution endorsement. Post-approval, you will assist in final proposals and licensing.
The position is flexible, with remote work options. Preference is for candidates in Seattle, Washington, or Pacific Standard Time.
Responsibilities
Maintain expertise
in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service, Contact Center, Power Platform, and AI solutions, applying knowledge to technical engagements. Advance pipeline revenue
by demonstrating solutions, addressing proof requirements, and securing solution design endorsement. Deliver customer-centric demonstrations
based on technical expertise, building relationships with decision-makers. Address architecture considerations
and handle competitive objections. Contribute to proposals
and collaborate with partners and Customer Success teams on deployment and KPIs. Lead discovery sessions
to identify customer challenges and prioritize solutions with business value. Build strategic knowledge
of competitors and market trends, sharing insights to influence product development. Develop consumption plans
with partners after customer approval. Engage resources
such as demo sites, customer success units, and engineering teams to resolve technical blockers and drive wins. Lead complex technical wins
across teams and geographies, coaching others and ensuring alignment with standards. Design and demonstrate solutions
through architecture sessions, POCs, pilots, and hackathons, leveraging partner and customer teams. Apply advanced sales methodologies
to guide digital transformation discussions, using innovation to challenge and improve solutions. Support partner ecosystem
