Product Support Engineer (Gasket & Sealing / West) - WC2

Reporting & Coordination Report directly to the Product Manager, SEA (Gasket & Sealing), providing timely updates on all product-related matters. Global Collaboration Liaise with the Global Product Team on a monthly basis—or as needed—to align regional activities with global strategies and objectives. Technical Support Deliver technical expertise and support to both the sales team and customers, ensuring prompt resolution of product inquiries and issues. Inventory Oversight Manage product inventory to meet operational and sales demands, ensuring stock levels are optimized while minimizing obsolete inventory. Business Execution Support the implementation of business strategies and sales initiatives developed by management, contributing to commercial success and operational efficiency. On-Site Engagement Participate in site visits or on-site tasks when required. Flexibility in working hours is expected during key project milestones. Ad-Hoc Assignments Undertake additional tasks, assignments, or projects as assigned by your immediate supervisor, in accordance with evolving business needs. Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Relevant technical certifications are a plus. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in product application, technical sales support, or inventory coordination—preferably within an industrial or B2B setting. Strong understanding of gasket and sealing products, including specifications, application use, and troubleshooting. Ability to interpret technical drawings is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in working across cross-functional and international teams. Skilled in inventory analysis, demand forecasting, and supporting business planning with precision and attention to detail. Open to on-site work and able to adjust working hours during critical project periods. A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP B1 is an added advantage. We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
