Site Supervisor - Construction

Roles & Responsibilities : To supervise on project and report on daily progress regarding installation work on site To supervise subcon works and ensure subcontractor’s progress in accordance to schedule set To prepare work order for fabrication works and arrange for installation in accordance with approved drawings and materials To carry out site supervision of construction workers and arrange inspection with RTO To ensure quality work in order to achieve CONQUAS and or QM requirements To support Safety Team by ensuring subcontractors are complying to Safety procedures and requirement To provide feedback and solution on technical problems Liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submission, inspection, testing requirements and commissioning Knowledge of AutoCAD Knowledge in Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) Preferable experience in HDB BTO project Min 8 years of relevant experience in construction work. Requirements : Coretrade license Timber Formwork Certificate Work-At-Heights Certificate
