Head of Product

We're growing fast, and now it's time to bring in a foundational Product leader to shape our next phase. The Role As our first Head of Product, you’ll lay the foundation for our product organization while owning the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You’ll work closely with the founders, engineering, sales, and key customers to define and ship products that meet the scale, speed, and flexibility the AI ecosystem demands. This is a rare opportunity to shape a category-defining company from the ground up. Responsibilities Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across our cloud platform and infrastructure offerings. Act as the voice of the customer—understand deeply what AI teams need to scale, train, and deploy models faster. Collaborate with engineering to ship scalable, reliable, and performant products with tight feedback loops. Partner with GTM teams to refine pricing, packaging, and positioning. Build the initial product organization—recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performance team. Drive product-led growth and usage through intuitive UX, APIs, and developer experience. Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform product decisions. Requirements 7–12+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or developer tools. Strong technical acumen, you understand GPUs, clusters, networking, orchestration, and APIs. Demonstrated success working directly with engineering teams in high-velocity environments. A bias for action and ability to thrive in ambiguity, you bring structure and clarity to complex spaces. Proven track record of building and scaling 0→1 products used by technical audiences. Customer-first mindset, with experience engaging AI startups, ML engineers, or research teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions and levels. Bonus Points Experience at a Cloud, Neocloud, or PaaS company Familiarity with Kubernetes, Slurm, Ray, or similar orchestration systems. Background in building or using ML/AI infrastructure.
