General Manager
to lead our team at Flynn Arby’s, the largest Arby’s franchisee in the world. Flynn Group, founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn, owns and operates a diverse portfolio of iconic brands, including Arby’s, Applebee’s, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, and Planet Fitness. Responsibilities Create and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and coach a team to deliver outstanding service. Manage daily operations, including inventory, staffing, and cash handling. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and food safety standards. Drive sales through marketing and promotional campaigns. Monitor financial performance and implement improvement plans. Foster a positive team environment focused on growth and collaboration. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure a safe work environment. Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry managing high-volume establishments. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Understanding of business operations and financial analysis. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
