Apply now We are currently working with a private credit secondaries firm in New York City looking to add multiple investment professionals to their team. The firm specializes in both private credit and equity secondaries, co-investments, fund of funds, and direct investments. They sit at ~$2bn AUM and are seeking a Senior Analyst/multiple Associates to join their investment team. Key Responsibilities Investment Analysis & Underwriting:
Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and credit analysis for potential investments. Deal Execution:
Support transaction structuring, documentation, and coordination with legal and third-party advisors. Portfolio Management:
Monitor existing investments, track performance metrics, and identify risks and opportunities. Investment Committee Support:
Prepare and present investment memos and recommendations to the Investment Committee. Operational Support:
Assist with reporting, tracking deal flow, and maintaining internal systems and documentation. Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in direct private credit, secondaries, co-investments, fund of funds, or investment banking Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
