RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Pasadena, CA that is seeking a Revit BIM Engineer (MEP required).
Responsibilities:
Manage Revit/BIM/CAD content for BIM and Engineering teams Develop and improve Revit/BIM/CAD content (families, groups, templates, blocks, LISP, Bluebeam Tool Sets) Maintain BIM/CAD content libraries, catalogs, and documentation Organize and prioritize content requests, bug fixes, and enhancements Oversee QA/QC for Revit/BIM/CAD content accuracy and standards Participate in Revit Ribbon add-in development meetings Gather requirements and maintain backlog for Revit Ribbon development Update stakeholders on new tools and bug fixes Conduct testing and QA/QC on Revit Ribbon add-ins Document new Revit Ribbon features, provide demos, and training Collaborate with ConTech Development & Support Manager and BIM & Engineering teams Support Revit/BIM/CAD software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud) Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
Accredited degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred 5+ years of Revit experience as a BIM Manager or Specialist in Mechanical Construction preferred Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and AutoCAD Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities Problem-solving and innovative solution skills Clear and concise communication of complex concepts Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality, accurate results Experience in organizational skills and content database management preferred Preferred skills in C#, Python, Dynamo, or AutoLISP
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
