Manage Industrial Design Team members Oversee all Industrial Design projects, ensuring trending, high-quality designs Lead market research, competitor analysis, concept sketching, rendering, coloring, and review of new product concepts Collaborate with Project Teams, Innovation, and Product Marketing to define product objectives, market trends, and technologies Guide Asia supply partners in design and development of new products, processes, and technology Create sketches, detailed drawings, illustrations, and renderings using Industrial Design techniques Refine designs to meet product development specifications, production constraints, or engineering needs Research new trends in golf club markets and outside industries to develop new knowledge and enhance design capabilities Manage headcover design and development YOUR TALENT:
8-10+ years experience in Industrial Design, preferably in golf, with management experience preferred Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design Experience with a reputable, innovative equipment brand preferred Leadership and guidance skills in industrial design Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organizational skills and follow-through Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines High energy, initiative, and professionalism Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset Passion for golf and products Results-oriented approach The base pay range for this position is $99,200 - $163,700 plus Bonus and Benefits.
