8-10+ years of experience in Industrial Design, preferably in golf, with management experience preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design

Experience with well-respected, innovative equipment brands preferred

Ability to lead and guide all industrial design efforts

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong follow-through and organizational skills

Effective time management to meet business deadlines

High energy, initiative, and professionalism

Innovative and entrepreneurial approach to business issues

Passion for golf and for product development

The hiring range for this position is $99,200 - $163,700, plus bonus and benefits. Pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Your Mission

Oversee all industrial design projects, ensuring trending, high-quality designs

Lead market research, competitor analysis, concept sketching, rendering, coloring, and reviews of new product concepts

Collaborate with project teams, innovation, and marketing to define product objectives, market trends, and technological advancements

Manage Asia-based supply partners on design and development of new products, processes, and technologies

Prepare sketches, detailed drawings, illustrations, and renderings using various industrial design techniques

Refine designs to meet product development specifications, production constraints, or engineering requirements

Research new trends in golf club markets and other industries to develop new product knowledge and enhance departmental capabilities

Manage headcover design and development
