nMinimum Education:
nRequired: High School Diploma level of education
nExperience:
nRequired: At least one (1) year of experience within Sterile Processing
nIAHCSMM or CBSPD Certification required within six months of hire.
nPreferred: At least three (3 years of experience within Sterile Processing
nAt least one (1) of Leadership experience, highly preferred
nThe Surgical Reprocessing Tech Lead coordinates workflow and assists with staff supervision, orientation and assignment of duties within the surgical reprocessing department.
nMonitors instrument processing and sterilization for quality assurance.
nComplete staff performance reviews, issue corrective actions, warnings, and monitor department purchasing when delegated by department manager.

nPay Range: $25.06 - $28.14 per hour
nActual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
