Minimum Education:

n

Required: High School Diploma level of education

n

Experience:

n

Required: At least one (1) year of experience within Sterile Processing

n

IAHCSMM or CBSPD Certification required within six months of hire.

n

Preferred: At least three (3 years of experience within Sterile Processing

n

At least one (1) of Leadership experience, highly preferred

n

The Surgical Reprocessing Tech Lead coordinates workflow and assists with staff supervision, orientation and assignment of duties within the surgical reprocessing department.

n

Monitors instrument processing and sterilization for quality assurance.

n

Complete staff performance reviews, issue corrective actions, warnings, and monitor department purchasing when delegated by department manager.

n

Pay Range: $25.06 - $28.14 per hour

n

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
