Explore our job listings today! We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support the development and enhancement of a data integration hub. This role involves understanding business objectives, identifying alternative solutions, performing cost-benefit analyses, and developing technical requirements and implementation strategies. The successful candidate will have expertise in data engineering, ETL processes, SQL development, and Agile methodologies, with a focus on performance metrics and data visualization. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes, operational procedures, and user requirements to identify system improvement opportunities and automation solutions. Write detailed descriptions of user needs, system functionalities, and steps required for software development or system modification. Evaluate system capabilities and constraints to ensure requested changes are feasible. Implement and configure infrastructure for a robust data integration hub. Collaborate with Agile development teams throughout SDLC phases, including:

Creation of Epics/User Stories/Tasks Validation of performance metric requirements Automation of data acquisition Development of complex SQL queries and scripts Integration, load, and stress testing Internal and external deployment

Support operations and provide ongoing enhancement of the data integration hub. Design and develop dimensional data models, views, and materialized views using Oracle. Use Informatica IICS/PowerCenter for ETL processes across multiple data source technologies (Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, Adobe PDF). Contribute to Java-based web interfaces supporting Tableau dashboards. Develop mockups and interface designs, and validate them with stakeholders. Provide technical support for implementation tools and developmental environments. Produce technical documentation, diagrams, and specifications. Translate evolving business requirements into technical enhancements. Assist with security and compliance protocols for handling healthcare-related data. Work Location & Hours HYBRID -
