The successful candidate will ensure the visibility, accuracy, and reliability of CIs throughout their lifecycle. This pivotal role requires a blend of technical proficiency and a process-driven approach to manage data integrations, uphold data quality, and align with broader ITSM and ITOM initiatives.nKey Responsibilities:nnLead the development and execution of a comprehensive CMDB roadmap in alignment with business goals and ITIL standards.nEstablish CMDB governance policies and procedures for high-quality data management.nMaintain and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB per the CSDM framework, ensuring the end-to-end lifecycle management of critical CI classes.nOversee third-party integrations like AWS, SCCM, JAMF for effective CI data ingestion, and ensure robust data quality and Discovery schedule management.nDevelop CMDB dashboards and reporting tools, contributing to executive-level visibility and decision-making.nnMust-Have Skills:nnIn-depth experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modules.nProficiency in CMDB data modeling, including CI class categorization and relationship mapping.nSolid understanding and application of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks.nnIndustry Experience:nExperience in the healthcare domain or medical center IT operations would be beneficial.nABOUT AKRAYAnAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
