We are currently seeking a Graphic Design and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position focuses on graphic design while incorporating various marketing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and dedicated to upholding our company's standards and best practices.

nSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
nHourly Wage: $25.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience

Position Overview:
nThe Graphic Design and Marketing Assistant will have diverse responsibilities, including administrative support, project management, creative assistance, and marketing execution. Key areas of focus are outlined below:
nGeneral Assistant Tasks
nAdministrative Support:

- Manage schedules and appointments for the director, photographer, or marketing leader. n
- Organize and maintain records, contracts, and other important documents. n
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes during brainstorming sessions or project meetings. n
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics for out-of-town shoots or events. n
- Coordinate communication between departments and external clients. n
Project Management:

- Develop and manage timelines for campaigns, photo shoots, and marketing projects. n
- Track progress and deadlines to ensure tasks stay on schedule. n
- Provide updates on project statuses and identify potential delays or issues. n
- Organize project files, photos, videos, and media assets for easy access. n
Creative Director Support
nCreative Assistance:

- Research trends, inspiration, and competitive visuals to support creative ideation. n
- Prepare mood boards, concept drafts, and mockups for team and client presentations. n
- Maintain a library of references, props, and creative resources. n
Content Development:

- Assist with brainstorming sessions, capturing and organizing key ideas. n
- Proofread and edit creative briefs to ensure alignment with project goals. n
- Draft initial outlines or ideas for visuals, videos, and other content as needed. n
Photographer Support
nOn-Set Assistance:

- Set up lighting, cameras, tripods, and other equipment for shoots. n
- Adjust lighting, angles, and framing under the photographer’s direction. n
- Manage shoot schedules, shot lists, and ensure all shots meet expectations. n
- Maintain and organize equipment inventory for easy access. n
- Communicate with models, stylists, and clients on set, relaying instructions from the photographer. n
Post-Production Support:

- Organize, label, and back up photos after shoots. n
- Shortlist the best images based on criteria or client requests. n
- Perform basic editing tasks, such as cropping, retouching, and color correction. n
Marketing Leader Support
nCampaign Coordination:

- Manage social media platforms, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement. n
- Create graphics for banners, social media posts, and other marketing materials. n
- Organize meetings to discuss campaign strategies, goals, and results. n
Content Creation and Analytics:

- Draft and proofread social media copy, blog posts, and email newsletters. n
- Monitor campaign performance by tracking engagement, clicks, conversions, and other KPIs. n
- Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. n
Market Research:

- Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies. n
- Gather and analyze customer feedback from various sources to improve campaigns. n
Event and Promotion Support:

Requirements:
