Responsibilities Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Understand client goals and propose tailored solutions. Monitor account performance and address any issues promptly. Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and recommendations. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to meet client expectations. Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in account management, client services, or sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
