Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Develop a thorough understanding of client needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and successful project execution. Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present updates to clients. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer service. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
