Digital Strategy Manager - Adobe Analytics & Customer Journey Analytics
You will be responsible for : You will oversee and manage data strategies using Adobe Analytics with opportunities to work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Your expertise will help analyse datasets to extract actionable insights and enhance customer journeys. You'll lead digital analytics engagements, working across client stakeholders, designing solutions and overseeing implementation while working with offshore delivery team. Duties and Responsibilities
Define data collection requirements and omnichannel measurement strategies for clients Define data collection requirements and develop omnichannel measurement strategies aligned with clients' business objectives Guide client stakeholders on their digital analytics journey, creating comprehensive roadmaps and establishing accountability frameworks Own measurement outcomes for clients by defining, tracking, and reporting on key success KPIs to demonstrate business value and ROI Manage and triage requirements from multiple stakeholders, setting appropriate expectations Collaborate with analytics engineers to translate business needs into technical specifications Develop customer journey tracking frameworks and attribution modelling requirements Analyse business procedures and recommend specific data collection strategies to enhance quality and insights Oversee the delivery of client deliverables by prioritizing efforts of implementation teams Build and present strategic dashboards and visualizations that tell compelling data stories Provide strategic consultation on analytics best practices and future-state capabilities Conduct regular business reviews showcasing insights, opportunities, and recommended next steps Serve as the point of escalation for client requests and issues Develop and maintain client relationships, especially within client's analytics departments Implement data governance best practices within the Adobe ecosystem to ensure compliance and security Create, document, and manage solution design references (SDRs) and measurement requirements documents (MRDs) Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and customer journey analytics Must Have Skills
Expertise in Adobe Analytics implementation and reporting 5+ years of experience in digital analytics Request queue management with multi-tasking ability to manage large operations Experience defining measurement strategies and KPIs Proficiency in tag management solutions (Adobe Launch / GTM) Strong understanding of website tagging and tracking methodologies Experience with data quality assurance and validation processes Excellent presentation and communication skills Experience managing client relationships and expectations Proficiency in Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint) Project management experience using tools such as Jira, Workfront, etc. Good to Have Skills
Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Knowledge of data integration between Adobe solutions Adobe Analytics certification or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Adobe Target, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Campaign) Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) Understanding of SQL for complex data querying Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries Familiarity with tools like Optimizely, DoubleClick, Google AdWords Observe Point experience Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree required, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field preferred 8+ years of relevant digital analytics experience Proven experience implementing and managing Adobe Analytics solutions in a professional setting Other Requirements Will need to be available for occasional travel on-site to client locations.
