Job Description
Running the day-to-day on residential job sites Scheduling and managing subs, vendors, and inspectors Making sure every phase-from site work and framing to finishes and punch-out-stays on track Keeping quality and safety top of mind at all times Communicating with homeowners, project managers, and the office team Tracking progress using apps like Buildertrend or Procore Handling materials, deliveries, and daily site reports Assisting with township inspections, permits, and COs MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
5-10+ years
of experience managing
residential construction
projects (single-family, custom homes, or townhomes) Strong knowledge of local codes, construction sequencing, and how to manage multiple trades on-site Someone who's
organized, proactive, and a clear communicator Familiar with construction software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, etc.) and mobile reporting OSHA 30
preferred Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or trade experience is a plus What's on Offer
