7+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor Proven success managing
healthcare and/or life sciences
projects Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Deep understanding of scheduling, contract administration, and field coordination OSHA 30-Hour Certification (required) Proficiency with construction management tools and basic computer applications What's on Offer
