Job Summary:

Summit Golf Brands is looking for a Wholesale Data Analyst to assist our Sales team and provide the insights that will power our next phase of growth. In this role, you will analyze account-level sales performance, identify whitespace opportunities, and support strategic decisions on sales territory coverage, assortment planning, and competitive positioning. You will also assist with financial planning and budgeting needs as they arise. You'll work closely with our co-heads of sales and our CFO, and you will collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and product development teams. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization.

Reports to:

CFO & President Duties/Responsibilities: Analyze historical wholesale sales by region, customer, and salesperson to understand current performance. Identify top-performing accounts, regional strengths, and underpenetrated opportunities across our three brands. Support decisions on territory staffing and sales structure by evaluating business potential vs. current coverage. Monitor the competitive landscape and benchmark best-in-class sales organizations. Track product- and style-level sales trends to help guide future design and merchandising direction. Analyze our market share across key categories and recommend strategies for growth. Deliver clear, concise reporting with actionable insights for sales leadership and cross-functional partners. Maintain and optimize CRM and data systems to support account targeting and forecasting efforts. Required Skills/Abilities: 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, CRM, or sales/wholesale analytics-ideally in apparel, CPG, or retail. Experience in financial analysis is a plus but not a requirement. Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Strong business acumen and the ability to draw actionable conclusions from data. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally and with senior leaders. Based in the NYC area or willing to work from our New York City office several days per week.
