About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with 5-8 years of experience to join our growing analytics team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and database management, along with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources. Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data. Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Partner with business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver insights. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems. Support the development of data pipelines and integration processes. Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred). 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role. Proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, VBA a plus). Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google BigQuery) is a plus. Familiarity with statistical analysis and tools such as Python, R, or SAS preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. What do we offer:
