(Security Operations Center) and supporting architecture. Key deliverables :
Migrate resources to cloud (Microsoft or Google platform) Converge IT and OT security monitoring into one SOC Coordinate across business and technical teams with competing priorities.

Stakeholder Alignment & Collaboration
Get all cross-functional parties (IT, OT, business units) aligned on the same project objectives and outcomes. Build relationships and trust across at least three business units at director/senior director level.
Project Governance & Structure
Bring PM discipline to a business-funded project where the business side lacks strong PM expertise. Establish structure, documentation, reporting cadence, and communication channels to avoid "gaps" in execution.

Excellent communication - both upward (CIO, CSO, ELT) and across functions. Proactive in providing metrics and status updates for executive audiences. Ability to influence without direct authority.

SAFe Agile certifications
(e.g., SPC, SA, ICP-Client) - to support waterfall → agile transition. Understanding of
OT environments
(industrial sites, refineries, manufacturing plants). Cloud platform project experience (Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud).

Deep SAP ECC expertise - This project is
not
SAP-focused. Hands-on cybersecurity engineering - Technical knowledge is a plus but not necessary; Rachel will handle technical facilitation.
Work Location & Logistics
Hybrid : Typically 2-3 days onsite in Dallas per week (flexible depending on project needs; could be more during workshops). No travel
required. 12-month contract , likely to extend or roll into other security projects. Urgent hire : Decision expected within days; interviews fast-tracked.
