$$20.00-$25.00 per hour What you'll do as the Associate Credit Representative:
Provide credit support, collection, and account management for complex and high-balance customer accounts Build strong relationships with corporate account sales teams and internal/external customer contacts Respond to incoming communications and initiate outbound collection efforts via phone and email Research and resolve disputes, unapplied cash, reconciliation, and refunds Review and approve or hold orders based on risk assessment and customer relationships Maintain documentation of customer-specific payment processes, approval structures, account history, portal restrictions, and risk profiles Provide customers with aging reports and supporting documents to maximize collections Collaborate with sales teams on critical account management, order, and collection decisions Adhere to company and departmental policies while achieving objectives for aged receivables, DSO, and service level agreements What you'll bring to the Associate Credit Representative role:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience in credit, finance, or accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization Experience with SAP and/or AS400 preferred; familiarity with PowerBI and/or SQL a plus Knowledge of the order-to-cash process lifecycle Strong negotiation skills and customer service focus Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to a continuously changing environment Proven initiative and ability to address issues proactively while maintaining confidentiality
