The Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst will serve as a key point of contact assisting users to navigate and learn how to use our system efficiently, and will also collaborate with stakeholders to support the design and configuration of Salesforce functionality to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities Provide frontline support to business users, addressing requests, facilitating data uploads, and performing general troubleshooting to ensure smooth system operations Proactively evaluate suggested improvements, propose innovative solutions, and coordinate changes for seamless integration into future releases Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and ongoing support to end-users, promoting system adoption and adherence to best practices Create, update, and support reporting requests, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely information to end-users for informed decision-making Foster strong collaborative relationships with developers, administrators, and various business teams to ensure seamless system integration and optimal functionality Contribute to and maintain robust documentation, including written, visual, and other resources, to effectively communicate system processes and updates to users Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem to bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to the team Proactively seek opportunities for skill enhancement and knowledge expansion through continuous training, research, and professional networking Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant experience Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar relevant role Solid understanding of fundamental Salesforce capabilities within the Lightning Experience Proven ability to analyze complex business problems, interpret data, and provide data-driven solutions Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders Creative and proactive problem-solver with a strong focus on identifying and implementing system improvements Travel up to 20% Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud. Experience with Salesforce CRMA. What we offer
