Primary Reporting Location: Sacramento, CA with occasional same-day travel

The Company has three operating companies (demolition, hazardous materials abatement and hauling & disposal services and presently operates out of facilities/yards in Stockton, Concord, Woodland and Sacramento. The business focuses both on service work (sawcutting and C&D waste hauling) as well as larger projects. The Company is financially backed by DCA Partners, a lower middle market growth oriented private equity firm focused on investing in expansion stage companies.
Job Summary
Precizion Recycling and Disposal is redefining construction waste management. We specialize in efficient, eco-conscious recycling and disposal services for construction sites throughout the region. Our team is fast, reliable, and deeply committed to sustainability-and we're looking for a Dispatcher to keep our operations running smoothly. The Dispatcher serves as the central hub of our daily operations, coordinating fleet schedules, communicating with drivers, and ensuring timely pickups, drop-offs, and container swaps. You'll be the key link between our field crew, customer service, and logistics team-balancing urgency with accuracy. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch drivers to job sites for pickup, delivery, and recycling Communicate with customers to confirm service times and resolve scheduling conflicts Track vehicle and container locations using dispatch software and GPS tools Monitor driver routes for efficiency and reroute as necessary due to traffic, delays, or emergencies Maintain accurate records of delivery and disposal services Respond to field inquiries and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise Collaborate with fleet maintenance and customer service teams Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations Perform other assigned duties as required. Desirable Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in dispatching or demolition preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of construction or demolition equipment, techniques, and safety procedures is advantageous. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record may be required. Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork. Spanish fluency highly desired.
