Responsibilities
Advises the FSU Student Senate, the Congress of Graduate Students, the Student Body Supreme Court, the Student Body Supervisor of Elections, and/or other offices within SGA. Provides advising support to SGA student leaders on administrative and policy matters such as the development and coordination SGA funding processes and the annual budget, administering expenditures for major programs and projects, and other administrative responsibilities. Provides quick and accurate responses to inquiries from SGA student leaders, the student body, senior University leadership, other campus partners, and the general public. Attends SGA meetings and events, meets one-on-one with student leaders, and provides guidance and support to ensure the success of SGA programs and initiatives. Interprets, applies, and ensures compliance with SGA governing documents, Florida Statues, and Florida State University policies and regulations. Ensures proper and timely processing of SGA bills, resolutions, agendas, reports, and other documents. Coordinates educational curricula. Develops training materials, learning outcomes, and assessments for student leaders collaboratively and under the direction of the Program Director of Student Governance & Advocacy. Collects and analyzes data for reporting, tracking progress, and informing recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and operational efficiency of SGA and related officers. Creates and disseminates information across the campus community and to current, new, and prospective students regarding SGA activities and events as well as student engagement opportunities. Collaborates with other FSU departments, including the Graduate School, academic colleges, New Student & Family Programs, Transfer Student Services, the Career Center, the Center for Global Engagement, and others, establishing and maintaining strong working relationships. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a Master's degree or higher.

Anticipated Salary Range
The minimum starting salary for the position is $44,056.00, commensurate with experience and education.
