Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented
Merchandising Coordinator
to support the merchandising team in achieving strategic and financial goals. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day merchandising operations, maintaining SKU accuracy, coordinating brand activities, and ensuring smooth execution of promotions and product launches.
Core Responsibilities: Organize brand submissions and samples, recording feedback from category teams. Prepare new PowerPoint presentations for category review meetings. Schedule and coordinate brand meetings. Manage daily email communications with internal and external partners. Maintain SKU accuracy, including shelf tag requests, description changes, brand charges, style and feature codes, store classifications, product display pages, and markdowns. Enter promotions into Promo Advisor, seed offers, and finalize details with pricing teams. Coordinate marketing sign requests, proof product samples, review magazine pages, and verify digital assets. Support planogram execution, pricing requests, SKU setups, coding changes, markdowns, RTV/DIF processing, and graphic proofing. Prepare store memos and respond to help desk tickets with proactive solutions. Provide administrative support for brand/vendor contact lists, meeting coordination, and ad-hoc tasks. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in retail merchandising or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to deliver high-quality work on time in a fast-paced environment. Creative problem solver with an innovative mindset. Collaborative approach when working with internal teams and brand partners. Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, formulas) and strong PowerPoint abilities. Skilled at planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects. Passion for products, brands, and assortment development. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
