Receptionist / Office Assistant
A well-established law firm is hiring a Receptionist / Office Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role supports attorneys, clients, and staff in a fast-paced professional environment and is ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking and delivering excellent service.

Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role (law firm experience a plus) Strong multitasking and time management skills Professional communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (training provided on firm systems) Discretion in handling confidential or sensitive information Flexibility to work overtime when required
