Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Program Manager Non-Tech for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be a year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary:
As the Engagement and Program Manager, you will lead the intake and preparation for Accessibility external and internal engagements. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality content, including executive blogs, presentations, and event materials. You will also manage the intake process for engagement requests, develop content strategies, and ensure the Office of the CAO is fully prepared to deliver on these engagements.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Engagement Leadership: Serve as the lead for select events and engagements, ensuring accessibility and readiness. Collaborate with the team to prepare the CAO for all upcoming engagements. Executive Communications: Write and edit blogs, talking points, and other executive communications that reflect the Accessibility vision and mission Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate recurring syncs with key PR and Comms stakeholders to maintain alignment and foster collaboration. Calendar Management: Own and maintain a dynamic calendar of events and key dates, aligning them with organizational goals and accessibility milestones. Content Planning: Curate and prioritize a pipeline of accessibility stories and launch moments, integrating them into broader communications in partnership with PR and Comms teams.
Qualifications:
Years of Experience Required: 2 to 4 years of experience. Degrees or Certifications Required: Bachelor's degree required. Exceptional written communication skills with a portfolio of communications and content samples. Proven ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups and manage virtual teams. Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, program management, or related fields. Strong executive presence, self-starter attitude, and collaborative mindset. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and leading high-impact projects. Strong program management and cross-functional coordination skills. Ability to adapt quickly and make sound decisions under pressure. Writing Skills: Ability to produce impactful and thoughtful content. Adaptability and Speed: Ability to work dynamically and deliver high-quality work quickly. Stakeholder Management: Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
