We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a newly formed Wealth Technology team within a growing financial organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative solutions in support of a rapidly expanding wealth management offering.
Key Responsibilities
Help define and deliver the product roadmap aligned with business goals. Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements. Evaluate solution options and contribute to value-driven decision making. Support testing, readiness, and rollout of new features and enhancements. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and documentation. Maintain project artifacts including task boards, release notes, and user guides. Identify and resolve issues proactively in both new and existing systems. Promote process efficiency and operational improvements. Lead or support training and knowledge-sharing activities. Qualifications Experience in at least three areas: Application Development, Business Process Design, Architecture, Project Management, QA, Infrastructure, or Support. Background in Financial Services; Salesforce expertise required. Familiarity with Agile, traditional PM, and/or Six Sigma approaches. Track record of leading complex initiatives from concept to delivery. Understanding of data modeling, systems integration, and data mapping. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and workflow collaboration tools.
