Coordinate implementation of new Auto/Real Estate/Flood accounts in various phases within specified timeframes through the following activities: Essential Functions: Coordinate the implementation of new and existing CPI accounts in various phases within specified timeframes through the following activities: Plan and lead introductory phone calls to accounts after sale complete. Coordinate completion of New Account Paperwork with Account Managers and Sales Reps prior to each Errors & Omissions date, ensuring company standards are met. Complete Account Change Requests (ACRs) for program changes through the implementation time period. Set up and maintain implementation spreadsheets for each new account. Coordinate weekly implementation meetings to provide implementation team with account status and outstanding items. Act as liaison between all involved parties throughout the entire implementation process by following through on all incoming and outgoing implementation items using oral and written communication with internal and external customers. Complete an audit review (data analysis) for each new account and provide applicable reports and materials to Account Managers to review with account contacts. Monitor notice and binder production until audit premium is collected. Recommend program changes to implementation team if responses are not within guidelines. Collect information, complete necessary paperwork and audit system for correct set up before drafting the release plan for acquired loans. Develop proposal materials for Real Estate and Flood. Initiate and process Real Estate and Flood claims through various carriers. Additional Responsibilities: Will be required to provide information to managers, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person Compile and publish Implementation statistical reports (Time to Implement, Quality of Service, etc.) Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery, do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction, deal with service failures, and prioritize customer needs. Education and Qualifications: Minimum of a college degree or three years work related experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Prior experience with New Account Implementation required Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products or equivalent programs. Must have good communication and customer service skills, particularly by phone and written correspondence to deal with internal and external customers Must be organized and have strong attention for detail Ability to be flexible with hours and work overtime as necessary Mathematics, typing and 10-key skills US Work Authorization: US Work Authorization required.
