Position Overview The Events Planner will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of corporate events-such as marketing and sales conferences, trade shows, and customer engagement activities-that align with the organization's strategic goals. This role involves end-to-end event management, from initial planning to post-event evaluation, ensuring exceptional experiences for attendees and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute events that support enterprise goals, ensuring flawless delivery from conception to completion. Manage event logistics, including attendee registration, tracking, presentation and materials preparation, and pre-/post-event evaluations. Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as venues, exhibits, equipment, catering, and other event-related needs. Provide on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of any issues. Research and evaluate potential event locations, assessing suitability based on event goals and budget. Prepare, manage, and track event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality. Deliver periodic progress reports to stakeholders on event status and outcomes. Conduct post-event evaluations, capturing insights and recommendations for future improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to ensure event alignment with brand messaging and business objectives. Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple events concurrently. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience:

Minimum 2 years in event planning or a related role, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); event management software experience is a plus. Budgeting:
