A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a
Product Support Engineer . Position Type : Full-Time Contract Duration : 6 months Location : Tukwila, WA As a Product Support Engineer, you will : Apply engineering standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to support product engineering and analysis, ensuring supportability, sustainability, reliability, maintainability, and operability of products and services throughout their lifecycle. Develop product definitions, designs, and configurations. Define, evaluate, and maintain engineering supportability, operability, and maintainability requirements for products, systems, and programs. Analyze data to determine support, flight operation, and maintenance equipment requirements. Evaluate engineering changes based on customer requirements, propose program changes, and manage implementation. Design modification and repair solutions that comply with customer, regulatory, safety, and company requirements. Establish planning and design criteria for integrated support and maintenance infrastructure. Support continued airworthiness. Provide engineering and on-site technical assistance for customer products, including ground support equipment, training devices, and facilities. Coordinate and support proposal development. Required Skills / Qualifications : Evaluate engineering data, in-service reliability data, and regulations to develop maintenance requirements, product certification, and instructions for continued airworthiness (ICA) via MSG-3 Analysis. Develop Maintenance Review Board Report (MRBR), Maintenance Planning Document (MPD), Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Structural Repair Manual (SRM), and Supplemental Structural Inspection Documents/Programs (SSID/SSIP). Lead or participate in Industry Steering Committee (ISC) and Working Group meetings. Develop and provide technical solutions to customers; evaluate maintenance operations and develop procedures for product maintenance and repair. Education Level : Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years' experience, or a PhD with relevant experience in an engineering field. Thank you! Between $60 to $65 per hour The offered pay will depend on education, experience, location, job duties, certifications, and other factors.
