The Project Manager - 100 year old General Contractor - Asheville will be responsible for:
Manage and lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control. Oversee the coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Address any project challenges, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Champion safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations. The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - 100 year old General Contractor - Asheville should have:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor, with a proven track record in delivering commercial construction project Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of construction software and tools, as well as proficiency in budgeting and scheduling. What's on Offer
