Job Description
Assist in managing all phases of large-scale commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. Support project managers in scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration. Track project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare reports for internal and client review. Collaborate with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Assist with procurement of materials and services, and monitor inventory. Participate in meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve project challenges and maintain alignment on goals. Travel to various project sites nationwide as required. The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably on projects exceeding $50M, with exposure to mission-critical or data center environments a plus. You have a strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budget tracking, and are proficient in industry software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms. You're detail-oriented, organized, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, travel-based role. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with a willingness to work on-site and travel extensively.
