Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to project closeout. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project. The Successful Applicant

The Successful Construction Project Manager will have the following:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in light industrial and tilt-up construction projects. 7+ years of experience Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. Understands and is up to date with CM software Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera What's on Offer
