We are seeking a Senior Developer for our Operations Development team in our Clark, NewJersey Operations Hub. This role will serve as the liaison between the Global Marketing team and Operations, which will bring products to life as a project manager.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Assess launch viability by way of cost, timeline, and sustainability feasibility studies Collaborate with cross-functional partners throughout the launch cycle Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans Present launch reviews and escalations to Operational and Leadership teams Support technical projects such as pack harmonization and improvements for sustainability Lead project review meetings and maintain organized and effective project trackers We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidatepossesses a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and acommitment to continuous improvement. They are detail-oriented, possessexcellent communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Inaddition:
Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or a related technical discipline Minimum 3-5 years' experience in proven product development project work/quality experience, preferably in the cosmetics, consumer goods or related field French Language skill is a plus Proficient PC skills - MS Office software and capable of building presentations on Excel and/or PowerPoint. Also Proficient in the use of MS Project. Good communication skills, to be able to deal effectively with all levels of our organization AND our suppliers. Good organizational skills to manage the documentation, materials and information. Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of new or emerging trends and technologies. Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis, without the need for legal sponsorship now or in the future.
