Description
he Property Manager to be responsible for the
overall management of commercial, or industrial properties.
This role ensures that properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and financial goals are met. The Property Manager acts as the liaison between property owners and tenants and oversees daily operations, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of 200+ retail properties across Michigan, Ohio and Indiana Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards Oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects Source, negotiate, and manage vendor and contractor relationships Coordinate lease renewals, rent escalations, and landlord communications Respond to emergency facility issues and manage timely resolution Collaborate with Operations, HR, Legal, and Construction teams on cross-functional initiatives Why Join Wild Bill's? 3+ years of commercial property or retail facilities management experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred) Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to travel frequently throughout Michigan, Ohio and Indiana Familiarity with lease agreements, building systems, and vendor contracts Knowledge of property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi) Familiarity with zoning laws, building codes, and commercial lease regulations Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize Retail experience a strong plus!
