Commercial Property Manager

Commercial Property Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of assigned commercial properties. Develop and manage annual operating budgets, forecast expenses, and analyze financial performance. Ensure timely collection of rent and other receivables; manage delinquency and coordinate with legal teams if necessary. Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, renovations, and capital improvements. Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and maintain property standards. Manage vendor contracts, negotiate service agreements, and monitor performance. Build strong tenant relationships, address service requests and complaints promptly. Assist in leasing efforts, including tenant retention, renewals, and working with brokers as needed. Ensure compliance with local laws, building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Prepare monthly reports for ownership, including financials, occupancy, leasing updates, and maintenance activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field. 3+ years of experience in commercial property management. Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio). Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures. Highly detail-oriented and very organized. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Real estate license is a plus. Compensation, Work Hours, and Benefits: This is a full-time opportunity at 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) in our Salt Lake City office.
