What You'll Do
BCG is seeking a Global Paid Media Senior Specialist to lead and optimize high-impact, multi-channel paid media campaigns that support both BCG's commercial marketing initiatives and global employer branding efforts. This role sits at the heart of BCG's Paid Media program and plays a critical role in how the firm shows up across the digital advertising landscape.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing paid strategies across programmatic, search, display, video, audio, native, and out-of-home (OOH) platforms-helping to position BCG as both a market-leading consultancy and an employer of choice among top talent globally.
This role requires a strategic thinker and proactive executor who demonstrates technical fluency across media platforms, excels in cross-functional teaming and collaboration, and brings strong communication skills. You will apply a growth mindset, adapt to a fast-evolving media landscape, and use digital tools to drive performance and innovation. Success in this role hinges on your ability to prioritize, problem-solve resourcefully, communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, and manage complex projects with integrity, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.

You'll work with stakeholders across recruiting, brand, content, events, SEO, and analytics to ensure paid media campaigns are delivering measurable outcomes across both business and talent acquisition goals.
Your accountabilities
Lead Dual-Focus Paid Campaigns: Plan and execute paid media strategies that support both commercial marketing priorities (e.g., content promotion, industry thought leadership) and employer branding campaigns (e.g., talent attraction). Manage Campaign Execution: Collaborate with our Agency of Record to oversee campaign operations across search, display, programmatic, native, video, audio, and OOH-ensuring accuracy, pacing, and performance optimization. Strategize Channel Mixes: Build custom media plans that reflect the nuances of audience targeting for both prospective clients and prospective hires. Align with SEO and SEM Strategy: Partner with SEO leads to design a holistic search approach, conduct keyword research, and write compelling ad copy that performs across recruitment and commercial objectives. Analyze and Report Performance: Maintain reporting dashboards and lead the development of post-campaign reports with clear insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with brand, content, recruiting, events, and analytics teams to ensure media strategies are integrated and aligned with broader organizational goals. Support Media Operations: Ensure campaign assets are properly tagged, tracked, and deployed using appropriate tools and processes; support media governance and platform compliance. Educate & Innovate: Share channel-specific knowledge with internal teams and stay current on industry innovations to bring forward new testing opportunities across BCG's media footprint. What You'll Bring
3-5 years of experience in digital media planning and execution across programmatic, search, display, native, video, audio, and OOH channels; experience with both B2B and employer branding campaigns strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Demandbase, DV360, and third-party DSPs. Experience with programmatic job board advertising preferred Knowledge of campaign measurement tools (Adobe Analytics) and advertising operations processes including tracking/tagging. Ability to synthesize complex data and present it clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Excel and reporting platforms; strong storytelling skills with a performance mindset. Comfortable working with creative teams and providing input on ad formats, messaging, and asset effectiveness. Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role in Boston is $103,000 -$ $125,666. This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
