Service Support Specialist
Pay Rate/Range: $28.00
Hours:
Hours during training 8a-5p, shift 12p-9p Location: Onsite in Indianapolis, IN Duration: 1 year Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for service representatives, answering inquiries and troubleshooting complex issues related to: Resource dispatching Case creation Spare parts availability and distribution
Offer phone support and assistance to field representatives. Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced setting. Proactively communicate with teammates, stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional partners. Identify problem areas and propose corrective solutions. Maintain documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures. Contribute independently or collaboratively toward departmental goals and service excellence. Comply with and support continuous improvement of the quality system. Work flexible hours including evenings and occasional weekends, as needed. Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree At least 1 year of previous customer service experience Strong decision-making skills with the ability to act independently Excellent organizational and planning abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Intermediate computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Experience with SAP and Salesforce Advanced skills in data entry and documentation Soft Skills:
Customer-focused with a positive, empathetic attitude Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities Quick and agile learner Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Work Schedule:
Training Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Post-Training Shift:
12:00 PM - 9:00 PM May include occasional weekend shifts based on team needs
