Office Specialist II . The Office Specialist II will perform a range of clerical duties including data entry and filing, to support the Budget and Finance Unit. This unit within the Police Department performs a variety of finance-related activities, including procurement, special event billing, grant work, and payroll. The

ideal candidate

will be highly organized and efficient, possess excellent written/verbal communication skills, have the ability to multi-task, and work both independently and in a team, in addition to being a leader in providing excellent customer service. Public sector experience is highly desirable.

This is a part-time position usually averaging 30 hours per week, but a minimum number of hours is not guaranteed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
