Position Summary:

The Junior Recruiter will play a key role within the Talent Acquisition team by supporting the full-cycle recruitment process, with a focus on identifying, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions across our organization. This position requires someone with a strong sense of urgency, professionalism, and stability in their work history.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and compensation expectations Schedule and conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders Review and manage applications for completeness and accuracy Post job openings strategically to attract qualified candidates by location Maintain a proactive and diverse candidate pipeline Provide detailed information about job openings to prospective candidates Ensure all new hires meet minimum qualifications and background requirements Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reports Administer drug screenings and initiate background checks Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates Attend job fairs and community hiring events as a representative of the company Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to support employee retention Report on talent acquisition activities and make recommendations to improve results Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ year of relevant recruiting or HR experience Bilingual (English and Spanish) -

required Prior experience with ATS and HRIS systems preferred Experience recruiting for hourly, blue-collar, or service industry roles is a plus Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting Creative and resourceful in talent sourcing and engagement Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management -

preferred Must pass a Level II Background Check and pre-employment drug test Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain seated for extended periods Frequent use of computer, copier, and office equipment Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs as needed Occasional driving for hiring events or candidate meetings
